Well it all started with ol chuckiepoo and lying larryloo way back in the 1990’s. They had a few scams going but they weren’t working out too well. They got ta talking about some desert dirt scams and how they were doing pretty good extracting money from rube’s pockets. Chuckiepoo said “we can do that, do ya know of any mining properties we can dress up in a precious metal costume?” Ol lying larryloo said ”well I know of this old derelict iron mine, it ain’t worth much as an iron mine but we can get it cheap and pretend it’s got PMs”.
And a SCAM was born!!
It worked pretty darn good. They formed G&M and talked a bunch of people out of their money. Got ol onebeliever to actually mortgage his house to put money in. But after a while they were running out of rube’s so they decided they needed to expand their base of marks and listed ecpn which bought into el cap with shares giving liquidity to the important cohorts.
Of course only those who exercised that liquidity made out like bandits. Ol onebeliever weren’t one of those on account of him believing the greed feeding lies ol chuckiepoo and lying larryloo were putting out.
Things went Ok for awhile. Whenever they needed some news they would have their chief offsider handy dandy randy spruce up some samples with inquart and they were away.
They invited some mining companies to have a look and buy them out but those dang companies wouldn’t let handy dandy randy anywhere near their samples so their results were real. They wrote ol chuckie about the lack of PMs at el cap but ol chuckiepoo knew that was on account of those silly highly expert and successful mining companies just did not know how to assay dirt like ol chuckie did.
People were starting to wonder so they decided to try and add some legitimacy to the board. They got a few real mining people to bite but they smelled scam pretty darn quick and disappeared. I think Gordon Ellis lasted less than 2 weeks. Finally they fooled paper pushing mining exec Pavlich into joining and being CEO.
That worked for a while but then Pavlich caught on to the total lack of PMs at el cap and went and told everybody. That is just not the way to run a scam, so chuckie came roaring back to put things right. He said, “Handy Randy!! Listen up!! Order some more inquart!! Were a going into Demonstration Mode. Send the bill to lying larryloo.” And away they went again.
Of course they needed some help and new blood. There was this shareholder that was real pissed off about what happened to the price of the shares he bought. Jonny stumbleton said “you yahoos don’t know what yer doing, I have lost a lot of money here and I will tell you one thing!! I never lose money!! Got that!! Now elect me to ceo and I will strut around with my chest out and put things right, Or at least give the impression that things are right. And you will pay me good for my efforts. If I can’t get my money back from selling my shares then I will get it back by siphoning off money raised from rampant dilution of the company.”
And he did just that. And some people think he always lies.
So here we are today. Stumbleton has run out of steam since he cannot change the fact there are no PMs at el cap no matter how hard he lies about it. So they will hafta have a revolution. Fool shareholders and prospective shareholders into thinking things have changed for the better. A new paradigm. They are testing the iron paradigm. Maybe that will fly for a bit. They might try and ramp up the REE fairy tale.
But one thing is highly likely. Stumbelton, lying larryloo, chuckiepoo and the other culprits and cohorts will walk off into the sunset scotfree with their pockets stuffed with shareholder money.
