partially true but it omits one caveat...performance in the past that would suggest success in the future.

And they don't have that. Fanning has been the major shareholder for years and not one of his efforts has yielded success, just more shares.

And my point, since I first began posting is this, without a HUGE increase in profits this will either increase the A/S or they will reverse...I believe they will reverse...just an opinion
