Michael Welch just messaged me the following:---
"We have been delayed"(re the Mexican order)"because of issues mixing CBD with our Rocky Mountain High beverages.We had to change flavor houses and modify the formulas so that CBD would emulsify into the beverages."
Concerning the identity of the Mexican company:"Our client wants to remain somewhat secretive because of the competitive nature of the market in Mexico."
Also He stated that RMHB has 23,600 shareholders currently and is looking to boost information to shareholders through emails.
