There are 3 billion shares divided among 2500+ shareholders. The vast majority of shareholders continue to view the assets as very legitimate and well placed for the next major crude discovery. I do. AS most have continued to add shares , it's important to all that a fair discussion of the potential way forward message can be discussed and shared among we believers...Of course oil exploration is a challenge. We're told that exploration companies can expect hydrocarbon discoveries in 15-20% of wells drilled. ERHE certainly retains valuable properties in an area of Africa that has proven many successful and very profitable areas.
Our Management and majority shareholders are perfectly located and familiar with local Governments.
It is encouraging to me to have such a high level of expertise among the shareholders discussing the ways forward..To many, this company is in the "pinks" due mainly because of the tanking of crude prices over this past few years and methods management deemed necessary to raise capital for continued operations..Frankly, it's been impressive that, as a small company, we have endured.
To those who are disgruntled and disappointed, I would encourage to find your own way forward, allowing the majority of us to continue to support this potentially rewarding investment and exploration company..
