If good ole Jack really wanted this to move forward and convince the market this was not a scam or at least give it some concrete form of credibility besides meaningless flagpoles and cheap road construction all purchased from the sale of TOXIC NOTES so it cost him absolutely nothing but gains him a salary. Then release the term sheet. File it correctly instead of very very very very very very ( I used 6 verys and I own a Ford truck) vague, passing comments in a shareholder "LETTER" that is not binding NOR OFFICIAL!
