You are correct. They have not filed a Reg A+ to date. I do look forward to them following thru in the near future. If you following the companies discussion about said Reg A you’ll see a lot of definitive progress is being made. I look forward to them earning your, and the markets, trust and respect in this regard.
You are not correct in that they do actually have product. One of them is the Paranotek secure chat app that will be demonstrated on March 12th. I know it’s not revenue producing, but if it really is THE MOST SECURE CHAT APP ON THE PLANET, that sounds quite promising for itself as well as a good demo to showcase the encryption technology to other potential licensing customers. I do look forward to revenue generation and seeing the market turn into a believer.
