Not so sure how the court would look at shareholders contacting the plaintiffs in the lawsuit. We could be considered part of the company. Ed loves to sue people, he may sue whoever tries to get in the way. I'd get the advise of a competent attorney before taking such action.

I wanna here what the company has to say first. The hearing is 4 months away. Maybe they can give away enough free trials to become viable by then, or perhaps FDA approval.

At the least it should light a fire under the company and distributors to get moving....
