Other then the initial expectations and excitement of congressman hurd visit, the PPS has continued in a downward spiral. In fact this has happened after every so called milestone. People close to him must have overheard talk about his true thoughts on MMEX because it sure did drop afterwards. What did you think Hurd would say about a project in his district to his constituents, of course he's gonna say good things to their face. What's he gonna say, "That's a dumb idea Jack".
In reality his influence hasn't done squat!
