I told a poster yesterday I would congratulate Kyle if they ever get one on any site within Florida state waters. I’ll take it a step further, I will sticky my congratulations post and leave it up for a month. Talk about incentive!!!

I’m willing to say that based on cold hard facts. If there was anything on Melbourne we would know it. I don’t think they have something and are waiting to announce it AFTER they get a recovery permit as was suggested. The cold hard facts are it doesn’t work that way.
