According to filings, PT used proceeds from that toxic note to pay off loans to entities controlled by his son. That is a slap in the face of investors who are being asked to buy more private placements. Why would anybody buy a private placement, knowing that PT would just use the money to pay back his son??

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
