It just doesn't make sense to me... running your share price into the ground intentionally.
If I owned a company is want others to see it as valuable and managed well. If I looked into buying UAT, my first question would be, "you've been in business for 5 years, have only recently made an anti-microbial sock, and ran your share price to all time lows, tell me again why I should buy your company and bring you in as a partner Alex"
It would be *hopefully* good for us to be bought out, but they'd have to pay close to 4-7 times the amount of our PPS for most shareholders to not get bought out negatively. Well not most, but most longs. The flippers would be rewarded and make out great.
