But why would a low price help the merger, I get that it makes UAT cheaper to acquire for a larger company, but this could have also been accomplished via higher share price and lower share structure and benefited everyone. Now Alex will be rewarding the flippers and people buying all time lows instead of people like you, and many others who have been supporting him.

It just doesn't make sense to me... running your share price into the ground intentionally.

If I owned a company is want others to see it as valuable and managed well. If I looked into buying UAT, my first question would be, "you've been in business for 5 years, have only recently made an anti-microbial sock, and ran your share price to all time lows, tell me again why I should buy your company and bring you in as a partner Alex"

It would be *hopefully* good for us to be bought out, but they'd have to pay close to 4-7 times the amount of our PPS for most shareholders to not get bought out negatively. Well not most, but most longs. The flippers would be rewarded and make out great.
