And like I continue to say (cirlces abound LOL), they don't need to post sales if they only own 11-15 million shares out of 740+ million OS per 2012 10K due to the preferreds ratchet.

They would need to own over 35 millionwith total OS fully diluted potential shares over 700 mill.
