Once again, to be very clear, it is not the use of a disclaimer that is negative in the case of Eves and Neary. It is their serial abuse of it. It is their obvious willingness to take advantage of the disclaimer to make wildly misleading statements to shareholders, as they so clearly did during the December webcast.

Legitimate, established businesses don't do that because they don't need to.
