I spoke with Miriam at the IR firm on Monday. Called her in regards to the HOT PR and she answered her line.

She confirmed that they took those employees off the website but would not confirm or deny whether or not they are still employed by Advaxis . She cited web site revamping but, again, wouldn’t confirm their employment status, which she was apologetic for not answering my question. Seems odd that they wouldn’t just confirm if they were still employed but I’m not an HR person. She also cited that it was policy to not comment on employment status one way or the other.

I also asked her if/when we would find out who participated in the recent stock offering and she did not know/have an answer for that question either.

She did try to refocus my attention on the abstracts that were presented. I asked her if a PR would be put on the NEO data, similar to HOT, and was told she didn’t know, but that I could view it online.

That’s all I got from her. Never got into potential buyout questions, sorry.
