They should have a "Public Offering" to sell shares.

That way they would recognize full price but then again we know why he is doing this so he and friends can get "Preferential Treatment".

I called Ballas today and requested an update on Cryptobuy for Monday.
Don't hold your breath but hopefully he will act like a responsible CEO and do the right thing.
