So... with all the shares “locked up”...

Where did the 31+ million shares come from today? I find it interesting (concerning) that 25 million of those shares traded in the first hour of the day... maybe even the first 30 minutes but I didn’t see that to be certain. Almost feels like a bit of dumping to me... but from where?
