If the larger shareholders, onboard, don't do anything, I doubt anything will be done to Benny.

I don't think there is anything Benny can do to fire it up, again. There are too many shares both outstanding and with debt that needs converting. Both of those keep any other company from buying REDG or investing in it.

I'm curious about REDG's half of PowFolio. Do they still own it, or did they give it up. It might be worth buying in a bankruptcy sale.
