Well, imo, DILUTION isn't ALWAYS a bad thing. Depends on what the money is used for. Any idea what it is being used for? Or just being used for themselves?

P.S. Yes I'm clueless about this. HAON just a ticker I've been watching is all but not doing any DD about it. Not invested just curious.
