I don’t know where that rumor (“demise of BMIC”) originated but they’re still in business. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen what they’ve supposedly done to violate any of the rules the regulators have in place. All they ever did was sell stock for clients.

I've been reading a lot of hogwash from promo groups that the "demise of BMIC" will shoot these stinky pinky stocks to the moon. As you say, the toxic death-spiral lenders (including BMIC) will not flinch... which means WRFX shareholder value will continue to be diluted.
