VGID - CEO, Lawrence Twombly, (Buzzy), has a vision and mission to incubate up to 7 companies over the next 5 years and the first spin-off is already completed and I might add successfully:
1. Fernhill Beverages, FHBC - is a successful first spin-off with an international distribution secured already in Mexico.
2. Leaf of Faith - is arguably a successful second spin-off with revenues approaching 1 million dollars already in less than one year: This spin-off is significantly underway and just waiting for FINRA to finalize before shareholders receive a distribution of 1 for 12 VGID shares and, this company is in the exciting Cannabis sector…
3. Hollywood Star Cuts - looks set already to be the third successful spin-off: is significantly underway too with a grand opening scheduled for third quarter of 2018, and then a Goldman Sachs Facebook type IPO is scheduled for the first quarter of 2019. The first store is already built in New Hampshire with construction started already on a second store in South Carolina. Now, two franchising hubs will grow from these first two stores and Linda Chadwick, Buzzy’s sister and renowned Franchising expert in the field, is expected to help with the franchising.
4. Contest - Spin-off number 4 is already in the works and will be a contest to determine whose company VGID will bring public next. A team of experts and professional the likes of Linda Chadwick is being assembled to evaluate and select the winner.
VGID is one of few companies on the OTC/PINK that actually incubated another company where shareholders were given real tradable shares WITHOUT restrictions. Buzzy has stated that these incubated companies will either be SPINOFFS/IPO’s or WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARIES UNDER VGID. He has stated also that the value is in the spin-offs and this certainly appears to be true. All things considered, this is indeed an exciting opportunity!
