There is always room to speculate. First I think the company is going to get less than $3 million for offering, but we have to see. This filing today looks like usual company nonsense, it appears a totally historical story of previous offering without company bothering to make that clear.

The next offering after current could be completed within next 6 to 8 weeks. If it stinks up the joint, shuffling Simpson into only a clinical job might be smart. Although I champion Simpson for trying full steam towards approval, outside of clinical she is a continuing failure if this and second offering can't total $10 million together
