2.) State laws must change for your friend to attain anything legally in Alabama.
3.) Alabama is not a state where MJ is even decriminalized. Meaning, you get caught, you go to jail. Unlike other states where you’d get a citation for around $100 or less.
4.) Alabama does not support or give access to medical MJ either.
Looks like you’re going to have to break the law if it’s something you feel strongly enough about. Personally, I wouldn’t worry about it if I were you. College campuses are littered with the shit. Most cops are out trying to bust stoners or pot heads either.
