Well I have to mention circular, why would anybody buy, small departments are supposed to be profitable. This will always be a trade even after approval unless it makes to cash cow and pays a 2 percent dividend like Starbux, but Simpson will have done her job if OM approval and a reasonable shot at ICC approval
