Where are the sellers?

Only 5% of the float has been traded the last 56 trading days.

You can buy lower maybe, if another mini dilution hits in the next two months. There have been 2 mini dilutions in the pat 56 trading days.

Otherwise, the float is locked.

I am keeping all mine and adding more if it drops.

We will see.
