All true....yet they continue to file reports, you continue to stay informed and there is the small hope of a contract. Again, no one is getting rich or raking in millions from this scam. The only way anybody makes any money on this is IF there is and actual contract and money changes hands. It’s in that knowledge there is a smidgen if hope. Again....you must hope for something too or you wouldn’t keep updated. Don’t blame you.
