Their latest 8-K is that they hired a new external auditor at the end of February.

That's twice in 2 years that they switch auditors. Frequent auditors change is considered a red flag.

If you want me to speculate, based on nothing but my wild imagination, her goes:
I'd guess that the new auditors have found a major flaw in the previous financials, a flaw so big that it would need a Restatement.

To heap speculation over speculation the accounting problems would be in the Next Communications revenues, although there's plenty of space for problems in the LimeComm "acquisition".

I'd personally prefer that NXGH would file its overdue financials soon.
I very much prefer to bash based on 10-K information than to pooh-pooh a dark stock.
