Since ALKM will only file the 2015 10K and will still be seriously delinquent, they may be restricted for quite some time.

It is hard to believe the broker won't accept those other 13G SEC filings to confirm no 5% or greater percent-ownership.

I guess, since you may not plan on selling, it may not be such a big deal.
