You argue what automation means with a "theoretically knowledgeable ex-employee" (insert eye roll)

I point out that you have missed the point completely as flow chemistry vs batch (competitors) is what sets QMC apart and is the fundamental basis for success. Easily scalable mass production / highest quality / lowest cost.

If you have anything meaningful to say why don't you comment on batch vs flow and why you believe batch is better? I know you enjoy taking the contrarian view.
