So will banks close PURA accounts now that they will be in the federally-illegal cannabis industry?

Looks more like they are trying fluff to try to help absorb some of the dilutive shares being converted and dumped.

With PURA still losing money and already having tons of liabilities/notes, they may need to increase their share authorization to 5 billion shares.
