People are mocking your post but you are mostly correct. Sitra pulled this same scam when he abandoned BLUU and then formed BWBG (now TGRR ticker) with the same exact assets and proposed revenue streams - restaurants and rum bottling. Now it appears TGRR has been run out of business and has been left by Sitra to work on another venture. This is the exact same way that BLUU ended. They defaulted on their loans, failed to reach a debt agreement and then the company was never heard from again. We have already gotten word from TGRR that a debt agreement was unable to be reached. I expect we will NEVER get another PR from TGRR again. I would sell at any price to get rid of any shares you have left.

There is no incentive for Sitra to remain at TGRR working on the Mermaid concept with the mountain of debt and lack of cash. He is better forming a new debt free company to build the concept and issue shares in a new company.
