The company has not made any public statement about that plane, it's condition, or any inspections that may or may not have happened leading up to the termination of the Songbird deal by Aersale in November, 2017.

Lampl was paraphrased (not quoted) in an newspaper article earlier this year that the company could not get financing to complete the deal. That's the extent of any public comment from a member of management since the Songbird deal termination.

The plane flying this week - in all likelihood - has absolutely nothing to do with BLTA dba USGL.

We've heard no company updates of any kind since Tony's nice end of 2017 Happy Holidays message. There have only been 2 8K's filed this year, both related to personnel changes.

Why would you think a plane that was destined for Tucson international and diverted back to Goodyear be for Baltia? This being the same plane people told us Baltia had inspected and rejected.
