I think you are missing the fact that the testing arm of IBM does not talk to the business arm of IBM. They proved the technology works. Period. The fact that they didn't buy it is irrelevant. The inventor is an @ss hole, and is a huge determining factor as to why this has not moved forward. You should call the company and ask some questions so that you can get some clarity.
