There are two groups at play here. Long term and short term. The Market makers just are on the margins, exaggerating the volatility caused by trigger events such as the 10K and Investigation of the Auditors. So the volume was to the sell side until all the Short term money is out and then the longs will come back when they feel the coast is clear as they appear to have done yesterday @11:39 am. Now the stock will settle in at a new level taking into consideration the float including the short term sales. If some good news comes out the long term group will grow by converting the short termers and or attracting new Long Termers and move the stock higher by eating up all the .07s and .08s.This stock will move to the low teens by the end of the 2nd qtr because the Revs and Earnings are growing so fast that even this cheap valuation will have to reflect the success. Can't ignore the higher numbers and consistency. The Micro-cap market may be inefficient but it is still efficient enough to realize USRM is a real exciting company with real tangible and audited results.
