I spoke with Armen yesterday and asked why they don't franchise and he
said no way they want to keep total control and acquire more stores.
They in my opinion have every intention of selling the company in a
few years for huge money.

Any announcement of a acquisition of a 3rd store or letter if intent to
buy a new location will send the stock soaring, will it be in Florida,
or Atlanta is the question but more stores will be coming.
