INSM has already got a compassionate program running in the EU. PED/ENDO's in the EU are thus already familiar with iPlex and it's qualities.
TRCA has no compassionate program running in the EU at this moment in time. I'd think that PED/ENDO's (who are a closely knit community everywhere) will know this already and will wonder why Increlex hasn't yet...

Sales reps of IPSen/TRCA will have to do a double:
1) gain the trust of PED/ENDO's of a product which hasn't proven itself yet in the EU.
2) iPlex has already proven itself in the EU. And INSM has sales from the EU from it's named patient programmes. IpSen will have to convince these PED/ENDO's to switch to Increlex.

Also there is still time for INSM to make a partner deal in the EU before MA is granted.

Q3 CC is only a couple of weeks away. Let's see what comes out of that.
