The word investor was used, they should still have shares available and no reason not to use them for what apparently could be the last chance/gasp.
What happened to the investors that where with them in Texas ready to help open a new facility? Was not very encouraging to hear that didn't work out, wonder what the investors saw that changed their mind.

And yeah, what update, I don't see anything, no volume in the stock and a blank page when researching is all i see.
