Every day brings us closer to the promised land. I am of the opinion that since the Markman hearing, we have legitimate claims against Activision as laid out in detail and after a long deliberation by Judge Casper. All the delays since are just that, legal delays by Activision to try to cripple World's financially, IMO. The PTAB also declared the claims legitimate albeit to a lesser number which further validates the claims. My common sense says that it can only get better for WDDD. One way or the other we WILL have a valid claim or more to go to trial. Getting close to the promised land, IMO.
