DKAM ceased all operations a couple years ago. There is not a single employee at the company or anyone in possession of control. All distribution agreements have been terminated and transferred to other companies - Old Whiskey River, Day of the Dead beer, etc.

The recent volume was random and was only a few hundred dollars even though it was millions of shares. There will now be no volume for several weeks or months. A random spike in volume could occur again but the price never gets above .0001 so no one is actually making any money here. The only thing occurring are buyers helping the sellers lock in losses for tax purposes.

There will be no filings or press releases coming from DKAM because there is no one operating this company.
