Will they file this time?

Sauer Energy, Inc. (the “Registrant”) is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended February 28, 2018, (the “Quarterly Report”) by the April 16, 2018, filing date applicable to smaller reporting companies due to its limited staff. The Registrant anticipates that it will file the Quarterly Report no later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed filing date.

They didn't do anything in the quarter so it wouldn't have taken any effort. Ahhh... the expense. They can't even afford to pay for a 10-Q. Dieter will try to fill in the blanks himself again and watch the numbers not correlate. They were broke long ago. Watch for the 10-Q to come out today showing they raised some cash with convertible notes.

This is a proven fraud. Unbelievable anybody would believe this is a real company with all the publicly-available info proving their lies and the fact they have never manufactured anything. They bought 6 turbines from China last year as import documents clearly show.

No employees, no cash, no credibility and no clue.
