Walter, you’re still missing the point:

I believe that MS underestimated the problem to find investors on the basis of the underwhelming FS and grossly overestimated the willingness of those investors to put 1 billion on the table based on the FS.

I believe that potential investors told MS to try again and try harder to reduce capex and opex, otherwise they would not provide the money to build the facility.

Hence, I believe that there will be no one prepared to sign a financing deal unless and before capex and opex are significantly reduced.

If that’s correct, MS recent statements on how well financing is going, were good salesmanship at best and misleading at worst.

This is what management has to clarify IMHO. Long time retail investors should not left in the the dark about this essential question for another few months.
