give a discount on the receivables



Would you pay back someone when you don’t have to, even if he told you just give me half of it?
After I saw the 19M investment in cash in the Trade Center and Fish Farm 2 in Q4 I started to think that there may be some cooking of the books to hide the situation with the receivables.
Hasn’t Tony been telling us that they need funding to make progress?Let alone other problems such as TRW distribution, inability to pay dividends etc.Yet Solomon had 19M to invest in Q4 2017!
