The management of Minerco, Inc. (OTC:MINE) and Priwen Systems Inc. update shareholders on the status of the acquisition of Priwen Systems Inc. The parties are increasing the scope, completing in depth due diligence and modifying the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding reached last month contemplating the acquisition of Priwen, an innovative leader in the cryptocurrency space. The parties expect to formally announce the definitive acquisition agreement next week.
