Mr. Avolio and Dr. Tom Cellucci of DarkPulse are presently engaged in final negotiations with a Department of Energy (DOE) national laboratory to plan to license patents to detect drugs like Fentanyl, nerve agents like Novichok, as well as trace explosives.
