Yes there is and it is my opinion that this company has never abused a disclaimer in the same way as they never "lied" ....

I guess it is just like the huge difference between a Form 4 "D" meaning direct and "D" meaning (let me try and recall the exact SEC definition that was used)... oh yes.. "Dumped"... such a shame none of those alleged Form 4's exist but why should we let that pesky little fact get in the way of a post.
