Thanks for the surprise...a helpful chunk of information.

The 10-Q quarterly report procedure is easy to remember, but the 10-K fiscal year end report has more leeway.

The 90 day period ended at end of March for GEGI, and a request for late filing would take that to about mid April? This is about when the stop sign was noticed.

And by end April an Attorney Letter via www.OTCIQ.com complying with Attorney Letter Guidelines need be filed....if the 10-K annual report is not yet audited by registered audit firm.

It would be great if audit completed this month, but I do not expect that. What I do expect are some serious updates/PRs on activities with our mining projects, and WHY all the delays & silence.
