The Reg A filing is recent. There were obvious signs to this being a scam since early last year

I predicted this price reduction would happen months ago. Troy only cares about himself and he is desperate for cash. It was obviously coming if he could not get the price to sustain over .001

He lost his home, is bankrupt and his only income is this stock, which does not generate any revenue. Heck, SNMN does not even have any assets. This company is nothing more than a stack of papers on a conmans desk.

IMO he never completes any deals because he is not interested in running a company. That takes REAL effort, selling shares is much easier, esp for a guy with Troys background. BTW, he lost his brokers license as well.

I hate seeing so many good people lose money to a person like Troy. Luckily this has been a strong penny market and there are some powerful opportunities, esp in the MJ sector. So if people are wise they can make their money back... Just avoid stocks like this one. Make sure they walk the walk, not just talk.
