I haven't posted about stocks very much in the past few months, years, because of complacency. Still keep up with certain things: charts, financials, metrics, company news, and tools that make sense to/interest me. (i'm an idiot most of the time) Markets ebb and flow, get log jammed and volatility streaks, its part of the history.

Going to make a request about something I've been watching for. What type of bubble is forming now? In '06-'09 it was banks generating money by loaning to anybody with a Pred's hat. 2000 was dot.coms etc I'm not looking for a stock tip! What is the NEXT bubble? Remember complacency!

Money has flowed in the last 10 years that makes my construction work thrive. I see houses that are basic, but remodeled, 1950's era houses in my neighborhood going for 300k. Across town in the good neighborhoods those same, year, look, and size, houses are 750k. Yes location is everything, I get that. When I see things accelerated like this, it concerns me in my field of work. I help rebuild these houses and build new ones.

Suppliers are starting to ask more specific questions about my jobs and what I'm hearing and seeing in the neighborhoods. Realtors that I know are making more inquiries. Its probably been this way for decades but I seem to be more aware of it. It's the concerned tone that's caught my ear.

Sorry for the essay, Smallie
