Your analogy is really not applicable as it relates to Geron trading at this level or at much higher PPS if Janssen makes a move to buy them they wouldn't want to pay more ,

After seeing the patent application being published in few months assigned to Janssen there's reason to believe a deal maybe in the making , or made.
