Some folks think it is badge of honor to get away with violations of SEC rules. Comment letters about bogus grade and tonnage numbers are dismissed as mere formalities. Late Form 4's are harmless. Missing 8-K's are fine and dandy.

Everything is all fun and games.....until someone's interest is piqued and they decide to prosecute insider trading.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
