Haven't had a chance to read it thoroughly yet, but it looks like Vinergy followed through with the corporate update they said would be coming this month in their last monthly report. At a glance, it looks like they are going to be going a different route and intend on becoming an investment issuer; primarily in the cannabis space. link

I wonder if they're going to be investing in MJ biopharma? Regardless, they've apparently got a $1,000,000 investment coming down the pipe.
